Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change at our discretion.

3. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and clicking “Get My Quote” or similar consent buttons, you agree to receive recurring informational SMS, MMS, and email messages from Brighter Settings LLC. Your consent is your electronic signature authorizing us to send text messages to your mobile phone or landline.

• Consenting to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
• There is no standard mobile message charge for this service, but Message and Data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
• Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service needs.
• Service will continue until you cancel.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out and stop receiving messages.

We are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery due to carrier issues or other factors beyond our control.

4. Booking and Cancellation

When you request a quote or book a service with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Cancellation policies may apply to scheduled services. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay for services rendered may result in collection actions and additional fees.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
